Our collection launch operates on a pre-order basis, so it's important to anticipate a wait time. After the pre-order period ends, we will begin processing all the confirmed orders promptly for fulfillment!

RETURNS
All sales are final. We currently do not accept returns/cancellations.
LOST/MISSING MAIL
You will receive a tracking number for your order once it has been processed, as a proof that we have shipped your order. We will not be liable for any lost or missing mail
WRONG/DEFECTED ORDER
All items are QC’d before shipping out. However, if you have received a defective item or a wrong order, kindly drop us an email at stateofmindsg@gmail.com with your order ID and attach pictures clearly showing the defective item/wrong order(s) received. Further instructions will be given within 24-48 hours.
You must return the item(s) in its original condition, unused and unworn, within 7 days upon receiving it. The cost of returning the product is not covered, alternatively we can arrange to meet in person, subjective to availability.
